At Kantha and Fabric (Raghav Handicraft), we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products. Each piece is carefully made with traditional Kantha work and fabrics, ensuring uniqueness and authenticity.
We strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers to the best of our abilities. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been purchased or processed.
The only exception is if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, you may request a return or exchange within 7–8 business days, and our team will guide you through the process.
Important Return Condition
An unboxing video is mandatory to apply for a return or exchange.
The video must be recorded while opening the parcel and should clearly show the product and packaging.
Returns or exchanges without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
