Order Processing:
After we have accepted your order, please allow up to 4 days for us to process and dispatch your order from our end.
Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details so that you can monitor its progress. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier performance, but on average, it takes 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Remote and Hard-to-Reach Areas:
If you reside in a remote location or an area that is challenging for courier services to reach, delivery may take longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges once your order has been processed and dispatched.
The only exception is if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, a return or replacement can be requested, and the process may take 7–8 business days.
